Our question was: What if we could offer a unique and traditional Milanese experience to business travellers?

Italian Job is a service that gives visibility and accessibility to existent small practices for people who come to Milan and are interested in making things in a classical way.

The Italian Job is a service providing unique leisure experience for business travellers using the already existing crafts services of the city of Milan. By creating easy access, clear information and packed solutions, this service both proposes a new definition for using hand-craft services and gives the independent practices the possibility to be in a network, having a more corporate branding and providing international visibility.

The service is targeted for self-employed individuals, group of travellers or corporate guests of companies located in Milan. The main offer is about typical handcrafted products such as tailored suits and shirts, leather goods and accessories. The customers can enter the web platform and decide how to customize their own package, depending on their needs, time and amount of money they want to spend. In this way the experience is totally customizable and can be tailored in a different way for every user.
